Vibrant aromatics of ripe white peach, nectarine, butterscotch and lemon curd. The palate is layered with stone fruit, grilled nut complexity, all supported by lemon zest acidity that gives length and balance, ensuring outstanding cellaring potential. Drinking superbly now, especially if paired with a selection of freshly caught Tasmanian east coast seafood.
