Tasting Notes:
The 2024 Spring Vale Sauvignon Blanc has intense aromas and flavours of passionfruit and guava with subtle citrus, floral and cut grass characters. Vibrant, generous with a creamy texture and bright citrusy finish.
Great with Tassie scallops cooked in garlic butter with a side of fresh, steamed asparagus.

So good to find a wine that doesn't make me sneeze
By: KARENE MCMILLAN on 24 October 2018I tried this wine at Salamanca Place and enjoyed it - I was attracted to it by the description on the menu. I have become allergic to most wines but for some reason I am not allergic to this one - usually I sneeze, my nose and cheeks tingle and this goes on for hours. What a delight to have this not happen for a change. I would be interested to know why this could be?
